Six pack wake-up call!

I got a post the other day that was really a slap in the face and a wake-up call at the same time.

You are right! and I’m ashamed to say it but it was spot on. Now I figure I have to get the six pack in 6 months and take the other 2 and half years to polish it up.

So I’m back to working it and will keep you posted.

Sometimes we do things for people we don’t even know are counting on us. I won’t let you or me down.

Peeing like an elephant!

I started to drink 1 pint of water every 2 hours on top of the coffee etc. I already have.

The first thing that happened was that I pee like an elephant every half hour or so. Not a diet you want to use if you travel a lot or before bed time. I had so many dreams about peeing that I was sure I would wake up on wet sheets. But fortunately they were just dreams.

The other thing I notices was a bloating feeling. My pants got tighter and I noticed my belly actually got bigger. Not good.

BUT! I do think this is because it’s day one and I’m still convinced it does something so I’ll stick it out for one more week and let you know it things turn around.

I’ve aways heard people say when they go on one of these fast weight loss programs that they tell them to drink lots of water. I’m wondering if it’s the water that actully increases the metabolism and causes you to loose weight. WE WILL SEE!
